Your work speaks for itself says the renowned designer Ritu kumar who recreated the joda (ladies wedding attire) passed down by the mother of Nawab of Pataudi to her daughter in law Sharmila Tagore.
This recreated piece was worn by Kareena Kapoor at her nikaah with Saif Ali Khan.
It could not have happened without our dear Runa Banerjee with whom Ritu ji is a long time friend. They have done a show together in Delhi too.
